In this tutorial I'll explain how to create a catch-all e-mail address on 1and1 host.
1and1 control panel access is frustatingly slow and search for How Tos takes ages to show results.
From your Control panel select Packages then go to E-mails, click on New->mailbox from the menu.
Enter * as e-mail ID (on 1and1 the catch all e-mail id is *). Click on OK after filling other details and you arr off to go.
